The staff that we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and responded to us in a timely manner.
My visit regarding a seat belt concern was all as per usual until my Service Advisor, Luci, called me back later that day to say Londonderry would like to make an appointment to R/R the seat belt at no cost. Wow was I surprised and over the top pleased. I can say "I love Luci" & Londonderry. What a New Years Gift. Thank You Londonderry Chrysler.
I had winter tires installed on my 1500. Bought the tires there as well. The tire swap was done well and within the time they quoted. Happy with the service.
It was ok and nothing of concern
