The initial conversation with Jamie (sp) was good, there was some discussion about work to be performed. I was told the vehicle would take longer and was provided a ride back to St Albert. When the inspection indicated there would be more work required Jamie made arrangements for a rental vehicle and had your driver provide a pickup to the rental agency. The service needed was explained as well as the options available to me
Nike C was a very nice person to talk to. He listened to what I was looking for. Nike helped set up my phone to the counsel in the jeep. It was fast I didn't have to sit around until paper work got done. No tried to sell me extra that I didn't need. I would tell other people about the dealership.

Tire switch over and oil change - no issues. Ongoing problem - module updates done. So far, problem of heated seats/steering wheel shutting off has not reoccurred although with warmer weather, less chances to test this. Shuttle service is super. Tom is professional.
The people on the customer service end of the service department are awesome. The individuals who actually do the work could pay a bit more attention to detail. Last visit they left my glove compartment detached with filter sticking out. The service prior to that they scratched my window and the service dealer tried to convince me it was there before I brought in my vehicle (something I’m sure I’d notice before bringing my car in).

I dealt previously with Mitch buban who is now promoted, and more recently with Matt Stevenson sales manager and Andrew/rick team of sales guys. Not going to lie I’ve shopped around and was having trouble making a deal. I emailed Matt and explained I had a approval in place . He and his team went above and beyond to get me into my new ram 1500. I am more than happy with the truck and the service I received. I can say first hand a lot of guys promise that they can get it done but Londonderry dodge delivers.
