I have owned a great number of vehicles and dealt with quite a few car Dealerships in my days but Londonderry Dodge has them all beat my experience with my 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee summit has been absolutely excellent all of the staff at Londonderry dodge go out of their way to help you. especially the service managers and staff they should be applauded for their efforts and it does not go unnoticed by me and I will continue to do business with Londonderry dodge for years to come thank you and keep up the good work folks 😎
Overall my experience was good. Work was done in a timely manner and all issues resolved. My only concern is that my service advisor was very short. I was in the department for literally two minutes. All he said was parts fixed under warranty car is parked on north side and pointed. Your dealership is huge. When I called back later to ask questions about the peace of mind inspection I had to call three times.
