I was booked in ASAP in a real cold snap;unfortunately I was not made aware that the Block Heater that I prepaid & ordered in doesn’t come with a cord. The price is ridiculous approximately 450.00 for a heater w/cord. I guess that’s why trucks cost $90,000.00 these days. The good part is that for a 15% restocking charge the part was returned. Service was friendly enough at the start, work was completed promptly but then I was rushed out the door with no overview of the inspection done on my vehicle. Timing was good, initial customer service was good but the exit was rushed.
