We had our warranty inspection on the new build last week. I wish I could give them 5 star however its not what I expected for the great reviews I read and the amount of the inspection that was made. I think it missed alot of aspect that for me I can go and have record or proof for my builder warranty department. The cracks on the ceilings and walls, cracks on concrete foundation slab the sharp edges on corner of counter top, crooked walls etc. that I was expecting to be at least discuss in a report.
