We had the pleasure of having Tristan i******* as our product specialist . And we were very impressed with his dedication to helping the customers and the time he took to answer our question . We also appreciate that he was up front and honest with us . When we decide to go ahead with the roof repairs it will be because of Tristan stellar professionalism.
Aaron T****** is on the best customer service reps I’ve ever met. He was so professional, honest and caring. He really made my wife and I very comfortable with the purchase of our new windows. He was with us every step of the way, followed up, was really there for us when we needed him. Even after the windows were installed we was still there to answer any questions we may have and helping us with any issues we may have had after the windows were installed.
Sonya explained everything well. Very friendly and helped my wife and I make a decision we were comfortable with. Great job.
