Our experience with Long Home was professional and courteous throughout. The salespeople, ***** and *****, worked with us to select a walk-in shower that was beautiful and met our needs. They also worked with us to fit our financing needs. Our installers, **** and ******, were respectful of our property. They made certain our home was kept clean throughout the job. **** even repaired a cracked wall tile that he didn't break. (It had been that way for at least 10 years!) I have not had the install done yet. But so far everything has been seamless. The sales manager who came to my house was very knowledgeable and arrived on time. They go over everything and answer all your questions. I can't wait for the install. My only advice for anyone who wants multiple estimates from companies. To call them last. They will offer a cheaper price if you go with them the day they come to your house. I wish I had known that before.

I want to Thank ***** Sales Rep, Coordinator ****, Fulfillment Specialist ******, Project Manager **** and the Team *****, ***** and ******** for putting it all together from the first day working with Long Home. Using Long for our roofing needs is a great decision. They were thorough with their material options and pricing as well as assisting in connecting us with lenders to assist with financing. The team did an excellent job on site, completing all the work within a day as was expected and were on top of cleaning up after the job was completed. There was solid communication throughout the process with different staff members and the project manager making sure we were pleased with the entire process.

Just had my roof done by Long Home and must say I’m very satisfied. I want to thank ***** ***** for helping me w my options he was very thorough and went thru every detail w me. I want to thank **** ****** who oversaw the install and kept me in the know. I want to thank the workers who worked all day to get the job done. Job well done. The whole process was done within a couple of weeks. Hats off to Long Home ????

**** ********* was so informative and professional. He showed me all products that will go on the roof to protect it from water/ice. He told me all the steps that are taken with this job and why things had to be done. I don't have a roof vent now and that will make such a difference in the heat that is upstairs in the summer. The material they use are exceptional. I had gotten two other quotes, and **** had given me the best price for this job. Sales Person Ayden ******* drove 2hrs to my home to meet with us. Listened to us desribe what we were looking for measureed the area to be worked on then provided samples for us look at to make a decision and simulated on his iPad what it would all look like. Very professional and engaging.
