The whole team including sales force, production manager, project manager, project coordinator, personnel doing the work were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to work with. The project manager and project coordinator kept me informed of what work was planned and executed. When I pointed out issues, the project manager had his team handle these quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company for roofing.

We hired Long Home Products to do over our bathroom after having a bad mold problem. I am extremely happy with the results. I was treated with respect by every person on the team, specifically Mike, Alejandro, Cory and his helper. The plumbers and carpenters were precise, respectful of my home and did an excellent cleanup. The company uses quality products and was very accommodating when I had questions. The team leader kept in touch constantly. I recommend Long Home Products for any home improvement. Fantastic company.

Great product and communication. Crystal H*** was my point of contact and she reached out and scheduled installation and checked in during the process. The workers were very polite and got to work immediately, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been here. Definitely using Long Home Improvement again, the pricing was good and the product is good as well.
Great job with the demo and installation. Installers were very conscientious about cleaning up. It was a rainy and muddy day. They put down drop cloths in order to not track anything into the house. Very professional.
