Verified Renter Nice quiet community. Ran by an amazing staff. Ms.Veronica is the best. And maintenance responds quickly and fix things super fast. So far I love it here. One of the best places in the area especially for the price.

Putting the 'Eh' in the 'Epitome of Cool'. This apartment complex is more than efficient enough to make you say, "Wow. This is okay." With plain white walls, (with the elegance of a few cracks sneaking their way from the corners, giving the 10-Year-Old building a vintage feeling) and slightly too-dark-of-beige carpets, this place makes you feel like you're living in an average apartment- which is amazing, because you are! Unprofessional and a waste of time. Incredibly unprofessional and a waste of time. I called Longhill Grove on March 5th to ask about availability and see about touring the property. No one answered, so I left a voicemail which was never responded to. On March 12th I made an inquiry through their website, and never received any reply. On March 26th I made an online appointment to come in for a tour on April 8th. Verified Renter Loud residents, trash always across the parking lot . Not enough staff in the leasing office . Too much for a 2 bedroom . Only 2 maintenance guys & only 1 who knows what he doing .

Verified Renter This community is unsafe! Lots of drugs, crimes, gangs and kids outside starting trouble. Staff are nice and helpful and the apartments themselves are spacious for the price but it is definitely unsettling to live there, especially alone. There should be a better background check involved.
