Everyone was very friendly!! I had a small procedure done and it went very well!! Both the nurse and the Doctor were good to talk and explain the procedure as it went along. So very glad I made the switch to Longleaf!!
I am puzzled by the deductible I had to pay regarding my Cigna policy. The Cigna policy states that it covers 100% cost of checkup and cleaning. I pointed this out to the billing representative at the office but she reintegrated that a deductible was due. I paid the deductible but ask for the charge to be reviewed.
Dr Singleton very thoroughly searched for, found, and fixed the problem I was having with a rough spot on one of my teeth that my tongue was rubbing against.
