They padded my dog’s routine annual visit with charges for unnecessary tests & medications - some without consent. Then sent me an email immediately afterward requiring earlier than standard follow-up for preventive care & withheld extended prescription renewal for routine preventive medication (heart worm) with no medical reason provided - I’ve never seen this in 4 years with my perfectly healthy pup. RecommendedI came in at 7:30am with my sick old girl and they got me in first or second appt that morning. News was not good and they couldn't have been kinder or more helpful.
We love Longwood Animal Hospital! The wait times have never been too long and the entire staff are so great with our fur babies. Would highly recommend!
Received a phone call yesterday that my two dogs I'm boarding here needed to be picked up by noon today. I am at least 14 hours away on vacation . I asked about payment and was told we could settle the bill when I returned because the person who would be picking up wouldn't be me. So the person shows up to get the dogs this am only to be asked for almost $300.00. The person is like I don't know anything about that I'm just doing a favor for a friends mother. As our hospital manager said in her previous email to you, our top priority is the safety of all of the pets in our care and our team members. With the projected 10+ inches of rain, this facility will flood. We have flooded previously. Our hurricane policy is posted on the front counter where you checked in at drop off.
