Loni and her team were very helpful as we worked our way through the remote home buying process. They touched base via email and phone weekly, letting us know where we were in the process of getting our loan and preparing for the closing. They were quick to respond to any inquiries and always cheerful when speaking to us on the phone. The team made us feel valued and appreciated.
