My counselor was very professional, courteous, and supportive. My session was very informative and helpful, and I never felt rushed.

To hard to log on. Never could get sound to work
I waited on the video call for 30 min. Then was told that the nurse practitioner was running late with her other patients that were there in person. Made me feel like it was my fault for doing a video call. But i was schedule in as a patient. Then when I ask if I would have been there in person they said that I would be waiting in the waiting room . Rescheduled for Monday so we'll see.
