Service lacked initiative and food was less than satisfactory for the price. But ambiance is good.
They will not sing happy birthday to my wife on her birthday. She does not drink! I politely asked if she can get a dessert instead I WAS DENIED! EVEN I OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE DESSERT!!! I WAS DENIED AGAIN! THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY FOR A ALCHOL DRINK! NEVER GOING BACK!! MANAGERS DIDNT HELP AT ALL!!
First off I was told they didn’t have what I ordered “lengua” like 15 minutes later so they brought out my friends meals while he offered me something else. So, my friends had their meals while I sat there and waited for mines. SMH ~ they waiter told me he would offer me something similar but yet this “dish” didn’t have rice and he just told this one doesn’t include rice couldn’t accommodate it being that the had to replace what the didn’t originally have!!!! Definitely understand they just opened. The food was not up to the standards of the aesthetic of the restaurant. Our order was Carne en su jugo and when served looked like it was whatever was left in the pot. Our second dish was huevos rancheros which were not served to order but was corrected. Being a grand opening weekend I would give them another opportunity in the future.
