First time with this dentist who was recommended by a friend. Had a good experience despite being about 3 months late with my checkup routine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Phan was great and her staff too.

awesome staff! Dr. Phan is thorough, thoughtful, and always very professional. Jasmine, is always great to work with, also very thorough. Amy, always helps with scheduling, billing, etc. in a positive way. Overall positive energy and great work ethics. My entire family goes here.

Excellent service, great experience, everyone here takes care of you very well, it’s nice for feel welcome and how they go above and beyond for your dental needs they care for you in every way not yea in a business way but like in a family way, most of my family comes here and if you want to be treated like family with excellent perfect service I definitely recommend Los Gatos Family Dentistry. I have just changed to this practice and could not be happier with my first visit. Dr Phan is very thorough and talk the time to explain everything that is going on with my teeth and gums to me. All the staff were courteous and friendly and the hygenist was very precise and careful in her work. I am thrilled to have found this practice.

I've been going here for years and the staff really makes the difference. They spend ample time explaining your teeth condition, and offer options for repair... never pressuring for unnecessary sales. Equipment is a bit dated, but they do everything required for top care with it.
