Great staff-
Just a little confused because the coupon says 1 hour facial or 1 hour microdermabrasion treatment. I made appointment through the receptionist and I told her what service. The day I walked in to my appointment a lady asked if I was here for a facial and I said no, microdermabrasion. Anyways I ended up getting just a facial, since each spa is different in how they do microdermabrasion services I assumed that the micro would be at the end but as I got into my service I realized I’m indeed just getting a facial. I was treated by Anna for my first ever microneedling session and I have to say I left in a trance. Anna is amazing! She is super sweet and made me feel comfortable. She made sure the setting wasn’t too high so that I wouldn’t be in pain. After the numbing cream set in, I honestly didn’t feel any pain. It just felt like a little bit of pressure. The spa is super clean, which is really important!
The massage was great. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. Would definitely go again
It was my first time going to Lotus & my first time getting laser hair removal. Kelsey was very sweet & welcoming when I arrived. I filled out the paperwork & was promptly taken in to the room where she explained everything to me & answered questions. She made sure throughout that I was comfortable. It was a great experience & I'm looking forward to going back!
