I’ll start with the positive that everyone is so nice. Communication was as clear as mud for what to expect for our first appointment. We were briefed and prepared for surgery, our daughter fasted until 230. It was never told to us she was coming in for a consult and all communication led us to believe she was having oral surgery. The receptionist and front office staff, especially Tracy, the office manager is extremely rude and prejudice. She should get her ears checked because she had trouble hearing me spell my first name after I repeated it 3 times, complete ignorance and racist behavior. She was also very rude when asking about any COVID symptoms and violated HIPAA. I called because I received a referral from my dentist but decided to go elsewhere because this office seems very disorganized and overall RUDE. No one deserves to be belittled by off... read more

RecommendedI am TERRIFIED of dentists, hence why I had to come here to get work done, and Dr. Dorsch & his staff were FANTASTIC!!!! They made me feel safe & cared for and didn’t judge me. I got a 2nd opinion bc this office was not in service with my insurance, and I still came back due to the fair pricing, but mainly how they treated me and really knew what they were doing. RecommendedThe doctor and staff were AMAZING. My 10 year-old son has a lot of dental anxiety, so the prospect of having a tooth pulled was very upsetting. Dr. Bluhm and Laura were incredibly patient, calming, and kind. Dr. Bluhm even called personally the next day! My son left feeling successful and confident. They turned a traumatic experience into a positive one. I’m incredibly satisfied and grateful!
