I moved out of Virginia in 2022 and just received my first and only contact from Loudoun Smile Center's billing department in 2026 demanding $59 for a claim they say wasn't covered by insurance four years ago. No email. No phone call. No letter. Nothing for four years. When I called to dispute it, the representative actually admitted that internal billing department changes and operational issues were the reason it took them this long to reach out. Dentist appointments are typically one I do not dread, however, since I started attending Loudoun Smile Center that quickly changed. I have had nothing but trouble since my first appointment and I have since requested my medical records so I can go ANYWHERE else for my care. During my cleaning, they used the ultrasonic process which I have never encountered before, was not provided information about, and caused pain throughout my visit. I saw lot of peoples given very good rating. But my experience with this place is really bad. I received a flyer from this office and they said we will get some complementary benefits. Whole family went their for regular checkup, cleaning etc. At the end when I saw them the flyer, they said we do not accept this time, next time we will accept this. The flyer had expiry time, then next time they will say this promotion is expired. Also this was first time customer and I donot understand how they will consider in this in next ... read more

We went in for our yearly cleanings that are 100% covered by insurance. Instead of checking, they added fluoride and higher level xrays that were not covered, and just sent us a bill. We called about the bill. A slight adjustment was made from $117 to $103. She said the rest was deductibles. We said we needed to verify that with insurance because we came in for our covered cleanings. The next thing we knew there is a collections on our credit for $103.
