I saw lot of peoples given very good rating. But my experience with this place is really bad. I received a flyer from this office and they said we will get some complementary benefits. Whole family went their for regular checkup, cleaning etc. At the end when I saw them the flyer, they said we do not accept this time, next time we will accept this. Why are only your positive reviews posted?
We went in for our yearly cleanings that are 100% covered by insurance. Instead of checking, they added fluoride and higher level xrays that were not covered, and just sent us a bill. We called about the bill. A slight adjustment was made from $117 to $103. She said the rest was deductibles. We said we needed to verify that with insurance because we came in for our covered cleanings. The next thing we knew there is a collections on our credit for $103.
