After seeing and being treated by several different Podiatrists, I finally landed in Dr. Bachman's office & I knew I was in the right place for my condition. I was diagonsed with Tarsal tunnel syndrome in both feet/ankle and ended up requiring surgery. The surgery for this can be tricky and after researching and reading up on it, I knew I had to have complete confidence in the Surgeon. My recent and past office visits are always expedient, but thorough. Dr. Fiala and staff are very friendly, helpful and professional with each visit. Thank you.
Completed paper work ahead of visit so my wait was short. Liked that tech took X-ray so the doctor had them when she came in for consultation. I also liked the various options Dr Walsh presented-the least invasive option of an anti-inflammatory has been quite effective.
Friendly staff. Not a long wait, usually no more than 10 minutes. Dr. Fiala is very professional and knows his job.
Dr Walsh was very kind and informative to me at my appointment. I came in with questions and she answered them in detail and then gave me options to fix my problem. My plan is to go ahead and have surgery thanks to her making me feel informed and comfortable with that decision. Thank you also for the hug, I really appreciated it. ?? I don't want to forget the office staff at the Tomball office who were all lovely and welcoming. Thank you all.
Dr. Diana's approach was very professional, explaining things very simply that you can understand ' one particular thing I like about him he never rushed out of the room he always answers all questions you have how big or small it is .
Dr. Fiala throughly examined my feet and prescribed treatment. He was very personable, professional, and efficient. The support staff was helpful and pleasant.
