The wait time was minimal. Dr. Dhukani explained the cause of my wound and agreed with the prescriptions written by the urgent care doctor. Her beside manner was great, she took the time explain the follow on treatment needed for proper healing of the wound.
Dr. Dhukani takes her time to explain the problem, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed.
Dr Fiala is top notch. I will miss him as he relocates to Montana.

One of the best things about Louetta Foot and Ankle, and Dr. Bachman is that a person answers the telephone. No recording or list of options. I really like that. The staff is friendly and professional. Wait times are either non-existent or short. My foot surgery and recovery went well and staff was supportive.
The staff in general was very friendly except for one female staff member. I wish I had gotten her name but she is the person that ushered me to the Treatment room. She definitely needs to brush-up on her “friendly” skills. Dr. Fiala is superbly nice, listens and explains well, and is very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Louetta Foot & Ankle (Spring).
