Dr. Bachmann did an outstanding job and made me feel very comfortable with both of my bunion surgeries. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Bachmann.
My two appointments with Dr Walsh were informative, but brief and I felt rushed out. After X-rays and MRI, I was making my decision as to how to proceed with the proposed plan but several things interfered: 1) Office staff charged me a co-pay for X-rays, and my insurance subsequently paid them at 100%. 2) When questioned, the office staff said that it would take a week or so to be refunded. 3) Dr Walsh said that my insurance would not cover the orthotics that she suggested, but I found out myself that my insurance covers at ... read more
In short, I was tricked into buying something that has only caused more pain. Every surgeon since and I've had several appointments with 4 others and they all said surgery is the only option to solve my foot condition because it is a foot deformity.
