Staff was friendly and well organized. The paperwork was detailed and it helped any questions, keep appointments on track, informed me of the medications to take and when to take them, moreover, it kept me informed and calmed before, during and after the procedure.
Kimmie is the best!
Kim is very thorough and explains everything that she is doing before she does it and why.
Kate was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave great recommendations and I was very happy with the results. She is amazing!
From Alayna at the front desk answering your call all the way to Kimmi's actual service... the girls in the Rittenhouse office are nothing but a professional and make appointments seamless every visit!

I was satisfied with Kimmi and the procedure for the most part. However, I had to return for another injection (free of charge) and my mouth still isn't okay from the Botox Kimmi used. She knows about this and said no more Botox for me in the future. On a personal note, I loved Kimmi! She's wonderful and easy to speak with. I just wish I hadn't had the problems. Also, it looks like my treatment is beginning to fade. Today is October 7, and my treatment was August 12 (pretty sure). I'd like to see Kimmi in the future. However... read more
