Dr. Bucky and his staff were all wonderful. He listened to my concerns and what I wanted my results to look like. Dr. Bucky made me feel comfortable with his recommendations and explained everything to me in detail. The staff sent me multiple informational sheets on what to expect which also made me feel very comfortable.
For starters, I am extremely happy with the results!! I had complete faith in Dr. Bucky and his team. I was made comfortable. I had access to the doctor if I needed it. I did not need help as I had a whole book from the office explaining every step of the way. Also had any and all the information that I needed and some that was just in case information. Christine is a caring and compassionate. I have been doing facials with her since she came on board with the Bucky Team. Wouldn't go to anyone else she is the best. I have referred my friends to her. She is very good at evaluating skin types.
I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. The call was delayed a bit on the medical end but I was notified via a call to my cell phone exactly what time the Zoom meeting would begin. Dr. Bucky and staff are informative and professional! Pleased to meet everyone!
Amanda explained to me in detail what to expect from the procedure and to the results that I should experience after. I was completely relaxed during the procedure, my healing process was exactly as expected and my skin continues to look great.
Renee knows my skin and I trust her to do what's needed whether it's basic skincare or a laser treatment. She's kept my skin looking its best for years.
All of the staff made me feel comfortable. They helped any way they could. I feel as if the ladies went above and beyond. The doctor was amazing!!! I knew right away he was going to be my surgeon!! I am and would go back for any future needs I might have.
