Rachel Anthony is the consummate professional . Her knowledge is unparalleled. It's wonderful to be put in the hands of someone that truly cares about their expertise ,and the comfort of the patient. She explained every step of the treatment beautifully, and truly cared about my comfort and understanding of what took place. This isn't the most pleasant of treatments, but Rachel made it work! She even followed up with me at home, to assure my comfort and give me further tips that helped the healing process.
Meticulous attention to details so I didn't have to think or worry. Appreciated that all aspects were covered,.. meds before and after, hotel, transportation, nursing needs all handled. I had nothing to do but relax and get better. Very well coordinated and executed. Surgical team kind and competent. Hospital parking at 6:30 a.m. non existent. Valerie was great and the filler did exactly what I wanted. The results were really good.
Tara was exceptional throughout the treatment (i.e. before, during and after). She explained the procedure, was patient and compassionate throughout the procedure and just helped me feel comfortable.
