Dan is the most amazing massage therapist. He is incredibly knowledge about the body as a whole system, has techniques that bring immediate relief while still gentle, and is a very kind and non judgmental professional. He has helped me to understand my body, its pain points and its healing cycle very well. [Single best thing is...] How much pain relief while still very enjoyable.
I didn't wait long in the waiting room. Valerie is always smiling and friendly. She makes me feel so comfortable. She consults with me prior to any injections she gives me to see what my expectations and goals are for the look I'm trying to achieve. She then applies numbing cream in the area she will inject and leaves the room for a few minutes. When she returns , she is quick and precise with the injections, the procedure is painless. and the whole process takes less than 20 minutes. Very natural outcome.
Meticulous attention to details so I didn't have to think or worry. Appreciated that all aspects were covered,.. meds before and after, hotel, transportation, nursing needs all handled. I had nothing to do but relax and get better. Very well coordinated and executed. Surgical team kind and competent. Hospital parking at 6:30 a.m. non existent. Everything from the way I was welcomed, to the cleanliness of the office, to the helpfulness of the wonderful staff I interacted with was so top notch. The precision with which my practitioner executed my treatment yielded excellent results.
Rachel has so much personality and explains everything as she is working on you. She distracts you with stories and keeps you entertained! More even skin tone.
