I have only ever gotten Botox from Valerie, and I am always happy with the results. I look refreshed, youthful and natural. I really enjoy my visits to the Washington Square office. The staff is friendly and Valerie is wonderful - I always leave knowing the results will make me feel great.
The injection filled the necessary area. I received the service but the injection hurt more than necessary in my opinion. The needle was moved around (rather than pulled out and reinserted to cover an area) which caused a bruise.

The entire office staff is very friendly. I also appreciate that I don't have a wait time like many offices do. Rachel was the nurse who did my follow up and she was very nice.
I saw Dr Bucky on time and he was caring and efficient. He answered my questions.
Renee always explains each step. She is knowledgeable about procedures and products. Renee makes excellent recommendations. She is trustworthy and solicits feedback. Renee is very easy to talk to. Renee set expectations microneedling is a slow process. I am looking forward to my third appointment!
