Atmosphere is very welcoming and the entire staff is very friendly. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by your name. When you arrive there is hardly any wait time. I am usually in and out of the offfice in about 20 minutes, depending on my procedure. I always work with Kate. She is the best! She is very personable and honest. She makes sure you like your results, but at the same time makes sure you look natural.
My chin and neck look great! Very professional and skilled. I was treated with respect.
Where to begin.....I appreciate the professionalism, expertise, and the candor, which the staff talks about whatever treatment / procedure that you are having done. My goal is to look my best (and natural) and not over-filled or over-done, which aligns with my experience with Lisa and frankly, all of Dr. Bucky's staff. I trust them to tell me what it is a need and in cases, what I don't need. They take their responsibility very seriously and I know that I won't walk out of the office with a "pillow face."
Lisa Holloway is an expert. I thoroughly trust her. I'm always so pleased with my outcome.
Kimmi is amazing with the fillers. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and executed perfectly. No one knew I had filler, I just looked rested and much better
