I am always treated as a priority on each visit! The last visit I had to have the visual field test in which I usually get very tense but the young lady who administered the test made me feel calm and at ease!

I would like to give a shout out to the optical department at the Windermere location. I was putting off going to get glasses but decided to stop after work. The wait time was minimal and Laura was so helpful in helping me decide on the best frames for me! The whole process took maybe 35 minutes! Very efficient well run department! Thanks Laura and LA Eye And Laser Optical! Hats off to Jessica and Laura for a well run department
