3hour wait for a 15 min visit with the Dr. and he wants her to come back. I gotta think about that. #pinevillela
RecommendedYou need to change the waiting time to get in and out. I was there for 4 hours. This is unacceptable.
I went 15 minutes early. Barely got in the door, and one of the women at the desk asked me if I had a mask. I said, "I cant wear a mask." She said, in a very snotty voice, "You need a mask to come in here." I said, "I am medical." She then asked me in the same snotty voice, "What do you need?" I said, "I had a 10.30 appointment, but you can cancel it." I'm a paying customer and I wont be treated ugly. She embarassed me in front of a waiting room full of people and everyone behind the desk. RecommendedI just visited this place in Urania, LA. I had to wait almost three hours to be seen. I will NEVER be back. No tech showed up for whatever reason so, instead of the doctor doing that part of the job so we could get out of there, she chose to just let us wait until they got a tech up there. They had people booked for the same times instead of staggering the appt times, then they didn’t call us in the order we arrived. Very long wait at the Pineville office. Staff members saying they can’t handle paperwork from the VA. Refuse to fax paperwork to the VA. The doctor and Ms. Abby were excellent but the rest of the staff was borderline bad. I’ll come back to see the same doctor but the staff really needs to learn more about handling VA contracts and not putting the work on the veteran.

RecommendedI currently have always care insurance, and was scheduled an appointment with a doctor that doesn’t accept always care, a mistake on your part, and was billed $120, 😣 $40 of which was from another office which didn’t charge me for a follow up visit, was not happy, I need to be scheduled with a doctor that accepts my insurance from now on!!!
