The cocktails at LOULOU were totally worth it. Delicious. The Chelsea was my favorite. But for the amount of people working there (a lot) every dish we ordered came out cold. The rib eye was over cooked and looked like someone just slapped it on a plate. The mussels were TINY and half were empty! Burrata pasta was very average. Came here for the cocktails but enjoyed the food as well. Will definitely come back to try more on their menu.
Excellent food and brilliant service - highly recommend.
Food is ok not the best of French bistro. 3 stars. Very good ambience and fun place to eat. Recommend the beef tartare.
