Loulou is a much needed addition to Chelsea! Everything about this place was pulled off to perfection. The drinks are incredible, the food was great, the ambiance is sexy but still warm and cozy and the bar is stunning! The best part of this place (to top it off) is the staff! They are so attentive, accommodating and so nice! Great job to my new favorite neighborhood spot!!
So excited about this place in the neighborhood! Great place to meet friends, or to celebrate a special occasion. Food atmosphere and music was all so great! Can’t wait to go back and have the drink Mexican Stiletto
Food wasn’t good. Not flavorful, just edible enough to eat. Drinks was good
The food was satisfying. However, when my party was seated by the hosts she told us "we need the table back by 7:15". We felt as if we had to rush to eat and it was rude. Our server was not helpful also gave us the impression he did not want to help us.
We waited 40 minutes to be served after sitting down.
Started off dinner with drinks that were super cute and tasty (although obviously overpriced - welcome to NYC). Unfortunately it took 1.5 hours for the food to come out, and my salad was frozen. Do not recommend spending money here on anything but drinks.
Took two hours for our food. Just excuses no apologies. When food did arrive. 4 out of 7 dishes where cold. They took it back and just heated the plate. Not going back
We were moved from our table because we were "too close" to the table next to us. Someone else was seated there right after we were moved. We were moved to a table in the back with uncomfortable chairs.
It took us two hours to get our mediocre, cold and under-portioned food. The waiter or manager never came by to apologize, give us an update or provide any sort of compensation. This was not a meal at peak hours either. Every other patron had this same awful experience.
