I contacted them just to ask if I even had a case and the attorney Peggy Quinlan that returned my call was extremely rude with bad people skills! I ended up hanging up on her and seeking advice elsewhere. Tsk tsk no customer service skills what so ever.

Very Unprofessional Law Firm! James Mougal Is The Most Scared Attorney Who Goes Around Making A Bad Name For Himself With The Pa Workcomp Judges. I Received My Settlement Check 30 Days After The Judge Says I Have To Have It. Then He Told Me He Filed Again And Set The Forms He Did Then Nothing! I tried to contact this law office and they acted extremely unprofessional to me, the person I was on the phone with did nothing but yell at mine and then hung up on me which I was very rude and extremely unprofessional, even if they couldn't help me out they should not have acted the way they did. They should have let me give my entire story before making any determinations and should have never in any circumstances hung up on my like that. Of course we would try to represent any injured person where there was a reasonably good chance of compensation. In this instance, the caller would not accept no for an answer and after a very long conversation, we simply had to terminate the call.
