I have been going to the Lowes Island Dentistry practice for over 6 years. I recently had an experience that was less than perfect with a wisdom tooth. It started with addressing a cavity that needed a crown, which took over a month to finally get due to a variety of issues. Within two weeks of getting the crown it became apparent that I needed a root canal. After the root canal the crown no longer fit and needed replacing. We have a rare situation in our family's history where there are missing adult teeth and baby teeth are not lost. When my son lost baby teeth out of order I became concerned. I stopped into the office to ask a question about it and our hygienist, Marjan, was as fabulous as ever and offered to do a panoramic X-ray on the spot to ascertain if he had missing adult teeth.
