Poor service on a consistent basis from the corporate office down to the billing department! Never again!
I will be changing service after my 6th week of them not picking up our trash in Colchester. our whole road has not been picked. LRS removed both recycling bins from my dad’s rental about 6 weeks ago due to someone dumping trash in recycle. My dad was fined. Out of my dad’s control. He’s not sure who did it but paid the fine. I believe an edit to my previous review is in order. Initially I trashed, pun intended, Henson's due to the fact that my rubbish bins were untouched by their pickup guys for approximately 3 weeks. One week I forgot to put them out, which is my fault. So, for 4 weeks icky, stinky trash sat in 98F heat. Wanna talk stink, stank, stunk?! We have put out bulk items for a few months now and never got charged and was never warned or told there were fees. Now we were charged $30 on a recent pick-up. We are changing to a much cheaper option.
Customers try and do the RIGHT thing and the company is very un-appreciative. Unprofessional team, except for the drivers, they are the best! The management should take notes from the guys who do the heavy lifting!
