Update 1/3: I emailed them as requested in their reply to my review. Never heard anything back. Dumpster hadn’t been replaced as of this morning so I called them. They said the request for replacement was completed. Well, if it was, they replaced the wrong dumpster. And the best they could promise was a call back in 24-48 business hours. All that after I’ve been living with leaking trash next to my car and rats running across my feet when I put something in the dumpster. Right Now, I Feel Like Canceling Their Service! This Company Took Over The City Of Waukegan Since December 2023, And Things Went DownHill Until This Year Came In. The Recycling Has Been Coming Extremely Late Non stop, And It's Getting Out Of Hand. We Never Had This Issue With Waste Management, But As Soon As LRS Decided To Take Over. Now Our Recycling Is Picked Up Not Until 2PM Or 5PM. The Recycling Is Supposed To Be Picked Up Between 7:30AM to 11:00AM. You Guys Need To Do Better. I would go lower than 1 if it were an option.. Sitting on hold waiting for someone to pickup for over 30 minutes is ridiculous. They change the frequency of when they collect recycling and as of now, haven't picked up in weeks.. Sent an email, tried calling (useless).. This if for our entire subdivision, not just our house.. Thinking Waste Management at a slightly higher cost makes more sense, at least they answer your call..
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. We have had them for about 3 years. we have a farm and need picks to be correct. I can never get in touch with ANYONE from this company. Every time I make a contact they leave the company. The past week I have spent hours on hold, no one every picks up and you cannot leave a message. I messaged them through their website, no response. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I pay for weekly service, but they frequently miss my garbage pickups. When I called to report a missed pickup, it took them another week to collect the trash—by then, it was already time for my next scheduled service. I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times and asked to speak with a manager. Apparently, their managers are in meetings 24/7 because no one ever calls back, despite repeated promises that someone will get in touch “today.” I’m now on my third week of calling... read more
