Went into LRS Realty & Management, Inc this morning here in Tehachapi with a coworker to resolve the LGBT harassment from his landlord. After being constantly interrupted and unable to share the problem and possible resolution we were kicked out of the office.

We have been in business for over 32 years and we do not tolerate discrimination of any kind at LRS. We do not stand for intolerance and we continue to open our hearts and minds to ALL. We follow all fair housing rules and regulations with the utmost care. After speaking with our staff, we have found your allegation to be completely false. The resident at this property is welcome back to the office anytime to continue an amicable conversation.
We had to deal with this company when renting. They were unorganized and a nightmare. A lot of back and forth playing phone tag. We needed plumbing fixed strongly recommended by a professional plumber LRS provided. A lady by the name of Lorena said the showers were working when they clearly were not to satisfactory working condition. We had to wait months for minor repairs to be done. This place is not renter friendly or sympathetic. Avoid if possible.
I have the best manager, Darlene Anderson, at LRS. She goes above and beyond & answers all calls promptly.
