LRS Waste really needs to do a better job of communicating their policies to the public. I put a small mirror out for trash pickup, and they left it behind. Nowhere on their website or the Village of Waukegan’s website does it say that small mirrors have to be wrapped in cardboard. The driver missed my recycle bin but took care of both my neighbors from the left and right hand side. Called the company and said they would pick it up by the end the of the day or the next day by 7pm. So far its been 5 days. I reached out multiple times and its always the same damn answer. Should of been picked up that same day before the drivers went back to base. Pathetic excuse of a company.

Hello! This Is My First Time Writing A Review For LRS, Since The Start Of Service In Waukegan il On December 1st, 2023, Things Went Downhill After A Few Months Into 2024. LRS Is My Favorite Garbage Company And I Think They Do An Amazing Job At Picking Up Our Garbage, But The Only Problem Is The Recycling.
