I have always had the best care from LFM. The FNP's are my favorite. From Robyn originally, to Jamie, to Kelli they are all wonderful. I truly found the best care from a doctor that worked there in the past, I'll miss him terribly. Until then, the women up there are so kind, smart, compassionate, and know their medicine front to back. I'm thankful for their service. I had one problem once and the front end manager was helpful and professional, he solved my issues.
Waiting time in exam room is a little too long. But the staff is GREAT

It's really a nice, calm environment. No struggles there. Friendly staff, low wait times. Couldn't have chosen a better place to go!!
Dr Mendez is such an amazing Dr. I've been seeing him for about 5 yrs or so & have always felt welcomed, my concerns heard, and never left without the answers I need.
I felt appreciated throughout the entire process; from the front desk, leading to the nursing staff and throughout my doctor visit. This was even more satisfying level of service because I was a walk in patient. I already have a follow up visit scheduled. Thank you for you assistance Lubbock Family Medical.
