First, Read all the reviews that your brain can take. They are still relevant to this day, from within this year to eight years ago. And CAUTION! The receptionists, billing manager, nurses will look at you like they are listening to you. However, when I as a patient is listening to any of them and are confused why I did not follow their opinions. Terrible. Waited for hours just to get refills. Doctor wanted to take a blood test since my blood pressure readings are always unstable. Blood test was all I was all I was informed of by Dr Mendez. Turns out it was a full blown drug test urine blood. If dr Mendez would have just said drug screen I would’ve said no and say I will fail and save time and money for myself. No need for it. I have seen Dr. Purdy for several years. He never makes me feel rushed and answers all of my questions. He truly cares about his patients.
I’ve always recommended this place for all of my family and all of us have been very pleased with our experience. Front staff nice, can always get you in as a walk in with little wait, never felt rushed when in with any of the doctors, and never had a billing issue. Only issue one time was a delayed pharmacy call in. Love this place!
Literally the most unprofessional medical office I have ever called. The woman I talked to was rude and very incompetent at her job. I DO NOT recommend dealing with them. If they cannot even handle scheduling in a professional manner I would not trust them with my health.
