We have been seeing Lubna with our 7 year old son. She’s a wonderful therapist and person, she is direct, honest, and always has specific solutions and suggestions. She always sends us home with homework and resources on how to achieve our goals. Lubna goes above and beyond to connect us to outside resources and professionals if something feels out of her scope. Lubna is patient, kind, and good at what she does. I never feel judged. Rarely do you find a therapist who makes you feel *wanted*. Lubna is such an amazing therapist. She has helped me change my life and to show up as the mother my kids need to me to be. I have had therapists before just let me talk which was necessary for the time being, but she will not let me continue to intellectualize what I’m going through and normalizes things for me in the way I needed. I have gone to Lubna for 2 years for therapy, she is excellent therapist, I finally know what I have control over and what boundaries are. I’m finally getting my house back and that would not of happened unless I had her for my therapist she is wonderful and I really going to miss her

I can’t recommend Lubna enough. She has made a huge difference for my kiddo. The activities she has planned for each session reveal the challenges my child faces everyday and we get to practice meeting the challenges in the moment. I didn’t expect how much I would need her as a parent! She has made time and space for me as well, guiding me through my overwhelm and exhaustion with practical problem solving and a whole lot of grace.
