I’ve been here many times and never had an issue until tonight when a “regular” complained to the staff after HER DOG had my dog by the neck and someone separated them. Neither dog was hurt or handled aggressively, simple separated before the play got out of hand. We were reprimanded by the staff for our actions and while I understand that you should not put your hands on someone else’s dog, mine was in trouble and couldn’t get himself out of this situation so we stepped in. Have been here once had a great time my in laws came and they wanted to spend time with us and are fluffy daughter but they didn't let us In because my in laws forgot there passport they are visiting the states for a few months felt like it was racist because they are in there 60s so how come you couldn't let them slide I don't understand I don't think we will be coming back
I have to say the concept is very cool I have been taking my dog here for 8 months now until he got brutally attacked by another dog while he was at daycare. 18 stitches and 6 drains. You would think that they would've had a better training system or technique to get this dog off of my dog to prevent half the damage that was done. I love bringing my dog here! But I recently brought her in for a bath and it took almost 90 minutes! This isn't a huge deal, but we were told only a half hour. We were in a time crunch so it was a huge bummer. Highly recommend but if you're doing a bath make sure you don't have plans!
If you make your beer as poorly as you drive that pickup truck (down i77 about 15 minutes ago) then you're in trouble. Apparently both blinkers are not functional either.
