I can’t say enough positive things about Lucy’s and the staff! From the moment Joey brought in my baby boy, to the level of communication I received from Cassandra and Paxton, Crystal’s thoroughness while taking down my instructions, and Cierra’s steady stream of photos - Nothing can compare. Lucy’s is amazing! I broke my ankle and after five weeks of taking care of my fur baby and I, I just got too tired. Daughter intervened and said we can board at Lucy’s. Staff was attentive and very concerned. My fur baby is now home and with a fine bath, she is now passed out asleep!!! This lets me know she had a good time. Thank you!!! Sometimes life throws us punches and we need to take care of our health. I’m grateful Lucy’s let me take care of me whilst they took very good care of my fur baby!
We travel the country full-time and have left our beloved pups with several Rovers and Boarding facilities over the years. Lucy's was exceptional! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, communicated extremely well, and took excellent care of our pups. Having access to a camera in their suite and play areas brought us peace of mind. I was looking for a place to bring my dogs during the coming hot months to play and build off some energy. While reading through their website I got all excited and was ready to book a package for our 3 dogs. The fact that they offer a pool and indoor playtime was especially appealing. My issue is the following statement on their website: pitbulls or any bully breed mix is not eligible for interactive playtime. Liked it, loved it, and they wanted some more of it!! Fun 1/2 day for my 2 pups while I worked towards downtown!! Now, all 3 of us deserve a nap!! Thousand Oaks maintains the great customer service as seen at the 1604 W branch. We'll be back.
