Dr. Alicea was awesome throughout the entire process from post implant to follow up visits. He and his staff were highly friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable and confident in having a dental implant. He explained every detail of the process and that I was a good candidate following a thorough checkup. I have never experienced any pain or discomfort from post implant to follow up checkups. I had two wisdom teeth extracted. I was extremely nervous! The staff was great and put me at ease by answering all my questions and providing me with all the information I needed! Dr. L. Alicea was amazing! The procedure was over before I knew it!
I had a tooth break below the gum line. Orofacial staff got me in within one day. I am a nervous dental patient. Dr. Alicea and his amazing staff did an awesome job of getting me calmed down. He had the tooth out in just a couple of minutes. I was very impressed with the care I received.
I live in Lake Mary and took my son to the Orofacial Waterford lake office to have his gum checked as he was having some discomfort and he thought it was around the are of the wisdom teeth. Well, thank God I did go. They took xray and was diagnosed very quickly and surgery was done to solve the issue. I have not feel so special at a Doctor's office in years. Dr. Alicea was kind, warm, and professional. The night I had my wisdom teeth removed, I had a question and he called back ASAP. He also called to check on me the next morning. I formed a dry socket after and he had me come in and treated me with care the day I called. Thank you, Dr Alicea!
Everyone was very professional. I walked in and they took me right on in for surgery. The assistant explained the procedures to my husband and I in detailed. She made me feel comfortable. Dr. Alicea came in explained the procedure as well and what to expect. It was really nice to received a call later to see how I was doing. Excellent service for two surgeries, one in January and now June. Very pleased each time.
Dr. Alicea is an amazing Doctor. He answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable and made sure I felt NO PAIN. His surgical assistant Fabio was such a great help during the process. The surgery was fast. I'm completely satisfied and will definitely come back to him for any future dental work
