This was my 4th home purchase and 1st time working with Dash Home Loans. It was a very positive experience and I will absolutely be using them again in the future. They had the best rate available for a rental property loan and even offered a 15% down option if you're in the market to buy a rental but don't have the full 20% down. The communication was great, they were very transparent with me, and the process went very smooth. I highly recommend working with them.

This company went above and beyond to get me approved. They made my first house buying process as easy as possible. I'd recommend them to anyone. Even when it seemed like we would have to back out with only a week to go, and we couldn't make the requirements, Crystal worked through the night and came up with a plan that worked out.
