We are located in the former Skate West Roll-Arena, and have transformed the 27,000 SF space into the areas premier design showroom. I came into Lukes a little overwhelmed. It was my first home project and i qas needing floorinf and had a budget that I waited to stick to. I also had a color i really liked, but it was out of my price range! Well I had the pleaure of having Ken help me!! He showed me a great product, didnt try to upsale and stayed in my budget range!! I appreciate him so much and will be using his assistance in a couple weeks for some carpet!!
After a few frustrating visits to stores in the Tri Cities, we were fortunate to visit yours. Alexis Lusch provided us with superior service. She took the time to listen and provided us with a variety of options that might satisfy our tile needs. Her communication and follow up efforts were excellent and our order is on it's way. We dealt with Kira at Luke's and she helped us find the right tile for our bathroom and laminate for our floors after our water heater broke. She was very helpful during the process. Thanks Kira.
Ken was awesome to work with. We had a small budget for our basement flooring, and he was happy to help find the right thing. He helped me see plenty of options and I loved being able to pay over the phone. I could call and get my questions answered right away. Great service! Can’t wait to have a basement that is comfortable for my kiddos to jump and play around in.
We recently came in to buy flooring. We looked at laminate and vinyl and had so many questions. Shawn was extremely helpful in his recommendations. He was so patient with us and was very knowledgeable. Even went above ane beyond in giving us ideas for tile in the bathroom, that would work well with floors we chose for the rest of the house. He was amazing!! Would definitely recommend him and Lukes!
Royal went above and beyond. He pulled samples, based on our phone coversation, he stayed within budget and he even called the supplier to let me know how long it would take for our oder to come in. Thank you!! Truly appreciate his extra service!!
We worked with Paul Kempf in deciding which carpet to go in our house. Paul is extremely knowledgeable in carpet and hardwood which made our decision very easy. The whole process of ordering the carpet and delivery was seamless. Paul kept in constant contact, letting us know where the carpet was in transit and the expected delivery date. Paul’s knowledge and excellent customer service makes him a invaluable asset to Luke’s Carpet. We will always come back to him.
Payton Pointer was my sales person. I had a special order for some discontinued material that required contacting the manufacturer and arm twisting. No problem she said and I will get back to you. Payton actually called back the next day and had located the material. The following day, she sent a quote and completed the transaction. It is nice to still be able to get a sales person that follows through and does what they say, in a timely manner. I would recommend!
The timing of needing to buy a house (which needed carpet and plank flooring replaced) was not good... right in the middle of the coronavirus shutdown. We searched online for places that sold the brand of carpet we knew wanted which led us to Luke's Carpet. We noticed many people were pleased with the service they got from Payton.
