Su sistema de horario es muy muy muy malo, ellos pueden tardarse en tu consulta más de media hora para pasarte a consulta, pero si tu llegas 5 minutos tarde ya no te reciben, ( en mejores clínicas te dan asta 15 minutos de tardanza y te atienden) hoy tuve cita con 2 de mis hijos, al primero me lo tardaron en atender más de 40 minutos, y no le practicaron el exámen físico que pedimos, además tenían que ponerle 2 vacunas y solo tenían 1 disponible, pero el segundo llegó de la escuela 5 minutos tarde ( yo por estar allí, ya... read more

My partner went to take our daughter to the clinic today. Wouldn’t let them in because he had our son. We had no one to watch him so instead of working with us the front desk lady tried to kick him out. Didn’t offer to reschedule, over the phone appointment , nothing. She was very disrespectful and gave him attitude. She does this everytime he makes an appointment or even shows up. I wait almost an hour to see my OBGYN but with the other doctors I’m in and out this is ridiculous!

Was two minutes late and they labeled me a no show. They wouldn’t see me due to being late two minutes. Said I’d have to be a “walk in” with a room full of patients. THey also did this to my elderly mother for being late 5 minutes due to traffic and a train and she even called to tell them she was running late. Called her a no show too as she stood in front of the clerk. This place is ran more like a probation office rather than a community health center. Get your act together.
