I’ve never had to sit in the waiting room for any extended time before being called back. That’s such a plus of your facility! And although I had issues with a crown on my tooth that was not properly attached, when I came back Dr Marta fixed everything and was amazing! Very professional and kind.
As I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years, and have sent many referrals, will not return. I was charged $132 to re glue a crown. Yes, my fault for not asking the cost. However as a long time patient I expected a reasonable charge. (For 20 minutes)
My appointment was at 11 AM they took me back promptly at 11 took some x-rays and took about 10 minutes put me in a dental chair and let me sit there for about another 35 with nobody talking to me and letting me know anything I just sat there apparently a customers time isn’t worth anything to you. I will find another dentist
