All was good tell now it's should be working but it keeps showing fault and can't get help with fixing the problem so I just got screwed with what I was hoping to be a good decision
Worse company EVER!!! I really regret made business with this solar company !! Example, They automatically assumed that highest refund back on your taxes when in reality it is not like that - I ended up receiving less than I was told when their rep explained to me! Lumina Sun is not very clear when their people talk to you, they made big mistakes like I was promised I would get the incentive amount when in reality I found out that my state (SC) did not offer incentives at the time I signed in for my solar panels! What I don’t appreciate about Lumina Sun is that you are not clear since the beginning when meeting and explaining about how the incentives work! You guys keep throwing the most you get but don’t say and never say that it is based on people’s income !!! 🤬😤😡 when you are doing your taxes!!! Everything started off great with the representative visiting my home and answering every question. We had no doubt and decided to sign the contract back in August. Was told they Would be installed in September and system was going to be up and running in October. Installation was done on time, but the inspection took almost 2 months. They put our solar panels on in October 2018 and it took until January 2019 for them to finally realize that our panels weren't working. No one ever came & turned them on. We tried complaining but got no response. Poor management. We have been paying for both our panels & electricity. We are not happy customers despite the salesman that helped us originally. He was nice and helpful in the buying process.
