The worst experience that we have ever had with a service company. What we were sold and what we were delivered are miles apart. Our system still is not producing what Deca's proposal promised. DO NOT, repeat, do not buy solar from Lumio. If Jackson Lawernce (salesman) knocks, don't let him in. If you are talking with them now, end the conversation. Solar is worth the investment, but not from Lumio.

I can say that I'm not getting what I was told and getting help from the customer service has been very frustrating to say the least. They people came to my home at the end of May 2022 and convinced us to go solar after talking to other people that had solar. the solar panels got put on in June then after not getting what was needed to get the solar panels turned on and after making a lot of phone calls to the company and getting the runaround, I got the paperwork that was needed. Let me start by saying that the salesperson was great the installation initially was fast and good but since it's been a huge headache. My roof is leaking from the installation, they came out the first time to repair it and it wasn't repaired right because a 2 weeks ago we got really bad rain, and I heard the water pouring in. I tried calling them repeatedly and could not get anyone to return my call. Finally, someone texts us and asks if our roof has been repaired. No! I work with them. The sales team are a bunch of. liars..I was told that my electric company would by back what I produce but they don't tell you is to check with your Utility company I what there buy back.is. I was told that I would have no or negative usage. My sales guy Jake who been putting in solar in my neighborhood for a year.
