Our first time at Giada‘s establishment looked nice very very loud, menu was written in light silver very dark and dining area could not read. They may want to recommend changing the color of writing. Food was OK but lemon lemon lemon lemon what’s up with that? I am also Italian and never had lemon in my food only lemon cello, probably wouldn’t recommend

Has potential but needs a lot of polish! Service was slow and seemed untrained at the lower levels. Food was not well seasoned and neeoto be checked. Not sure we will be back for the price.

Lovely dining room, enjoyable experience but very pricey. There is a $20 venue charge added to the bill which was surprising & annoying. Very loud which made it difficult to hear across the table . Linen tablecloths & soft elements like that would help with sound absorption. Friendly, knowledgeable & helpful wait staff. Beautiful garnet etched water glasses & heavy silverware were very nice. Overall a lively & lovely restaurant for a special occasion.

Food was just okay. Overall lack of taste. Probably could do each dish better myself. Olive Garden and Buca di Beppo has more taste. Then you add in the cost, not worth it. Her food looks better on TV. Too bad TV doesn’t have smell and taste-a-vision! Ambiance and service was good.

Food great!!! I love it, the place love it, its new, the service, was not that good, they forgot to bring the wine, first arrived food than drink, we have to ask to change plates after appetizers, we wanted a clean ones for the entree, for a restaurant that level, they do it without asking !!! But overall I like it, for sure, I will go again

The overall dining experience at Luna was perfect. The ambiance was beautiful. The service was excellent from the moment we were seated. The menu was fantastic- so many choices. We enjoyed the lemon spaghetti and the pork chop, and for dessert the lemon soufflé and the cookies. Highly recommend dining here for any occasion - it was truly a wonderful evening.

The focaccia and caprese salad were terrific. It was a little difficult to hear people at your table and the menu could be a challenge to read once the the restaurant was dimly lit for dinner. It took about three hours for us to have two appetizers and main entrees and there were plenty of open tables. Took about an hour for each appetizer to come out and another hour before our dinner arrived. Server apologized for the delay. No discount, no visit by the manager. Poor delayed start of service. Waited almost 20 minutes after being seated before waitress showed up with menus. Went back in hiding for a bit. The rest of staff stepped up and meal ended on a positive note. Very good food and worth a try.
